SECTION TWO: ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed and agree to the policies outlined in our Client Guide, linked below. A few key highlights to keep us running smoothly:
A 50% deposit (up to $300) is required to reserve your date and is refundable with 7+ days’ notice
The property must be accessible at least 1 hour prior to the arrival window (sent the day before)
The property will be fully cleared of personal items and trash - items staying will be clearly grouped or marked
Billing is processed in 2–3 parts: deposit, remaining balance after the cleaning, and an optional tip via the post-cleaning survey
A 72-hour satisfaction guarantee is in place—any concerns should be shared promptly via the post-cleaning survey
