It all starts with our Homekeepers, which we define as well-trained, knowledgeable, dedicated, and conscientious individuals who provide outstanding cleanings. All of our new team members must graduate from Homekeeper’s Academy, which is a three week apprenticeship-style training that provides each of our housekeepers with the tools and knowledge they need to produce outstanding cleanings.
